Ugh! I’m so frustrated with Patreon!

Here is what I just sent their support, after going back and forth over email and not getting anywhere. I’m starting over with their support system:

“Hello,

I have not had any payouts get to my bank since 2023. I didn’t notice because the Patreon system kept indicating that payment was successful. I have since fixed the problem with my bank, and other payment systems like Square and Paypal now do deposits to my bank account.

When I try to update my payout account information on the Patreon website, I get an error message saying that Stripe will not make payments to my bank account. This needs to be fixed.

Need I mention that when the initial problem started, I was suffering with painful cancer. My surgery has restored my health.

But your payment system is not doing as well as my oncology team.

I’d also like to mention that your system’s failure to notify me of any problems and instead saying that the payments went through, is a huge issue.

Please assist with getting Stripe to acknowledge that my bank account is valid again.”
